WIFI will be provided - we will have a flyer on each table with the login information. There will also be a QR code to direct you to the speakers' presentations..
Also please remember the room is kept cool, please bring a sweater or comfortable jacket.
NANPA reserves the right to cancel any activity. Registration fees will be refunded in the event the symposium is canceled. Registration fees of applicants who wish to cancel will be refunded minus a 20% processing fee upon written request.
To receive a refund your cancellation notice must be received by September 1, 2024.

Dear Prospective Exhibitor:
On behalf of over 300 members of the North Alabama Nurse Practitioner Association, we would like to extend the opportunity for you to exhibit at the 28th Annual NANPA Clinical Symposium scheduled for September 20, 2024, at The Jackson Center (Research Park) in Huntsville Alabama.
An event of the magnitude of the symposium is a considerable financial undertaking. Any assistance that could be offered by your organization would be greatly appreciated. If you would like to work with us this year please complete the exhibitor registration form see the link HERE.
This year we will be opening up the location on Thursday, September 19th, for exhibitors to set up their booths. You can come between 5 - 7 pm that night to set up or bring in your items. Doors will be closing at 7.

The exhibit fee for the Atrium is $1200 which provides the maximum foot traffic throughout the day. SPACE IS EXTREMELY LIMITED and is reserved on a first come first serve basis.
Additional exhibit space is also available in the Board Room for $750.00, but there is also guaranteed traffic also.
We will be sending out a confirmation email to guarantee that you have a table after payment has been made. If you have not received this by September 1st please reach out so we can confirm you are on our list.
