Diabetes is my 1st love and I possess nearly 30 years of clinical expertise in the area of diabetes management (therapeutics and technologies); diabetes-related complications and co-morbidities; patient and professional education; research. Following close behind is my passion for managing the disease of obesity and I am committed to providing expert care in this area and have been doing so since 2020. Diabetes - along with at least 230 disease states/disorders - is a complication of central obesity.
