Overview

Nothing is sure but death and taxes - but one of them we avoid talking about! Come with your worries about, and stories of, end-of-life planning with your patients. Bring resources you use, questions you have, and let’s learn from each other in this guided roundtable discussion. We’ll create a safe space and provide opening stories, then open the floor to stories and discussion. We will come away with peer support, insights, and shared resources - please bring yours to share!
