Overview

This presentation will prepare ARNPs to provide basic pre-travel advice for adult international travelers. Topics will includetravel vaccinations, travel medications (malaria prophylaxis, altitude illness prevention, traveler's diarrhea treatment, etc.),insect protection guidance, discussion of infectious disease risks related to geography, and general travel advice (safety, traveldocuments, medical kits, etc.).
